Items can be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return postage will not be provided and must be paid by the customer. No exchanges will be offered.
Once your return is received and verified you will receive an email notification that your method of payment has been refunded.
Please note that there is often a processing time of up to 10 days before refunds will show on your debit/credit statement. If your refund has not appeared on your account after 10 days please contact your bank, and then Re:Plenish and the issue will be investigated.
Items exempt from returns:
- Bulk products
- Makeup (even if unopened)
- Deodorant (even if unopened)
- Menstrual products
- Sale items
If you order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage as well as a picture. We will contact you in 2-3 business days to confirm the damage and offer a refund on the damaged items. Some items may need to be returned to us after damage is confirmed, if this is the case you will be emailed a return shipping label.
